Yes, bookings are essential and make sure you let us know the full list of services you’d like us to carry out on your van so we can allocate sufficient time for our technicians. Give us a call to find the next available date.

A general service usually takes around half a day to a full day, depending on your caravan’s size, condition and any additional repairs needed.

You’re welcome to wait in our customer area or drop it off and return once it’s ready. We’ll call or text you when the work is complete.

Yes. We’re authorised to perform insurance repairs and can work directly with most major insurers.
For warranty repairs, we’ll confirm your manufacturer’s requirements before proceeding. -
Yes, we are happy to provide a written estimate for your consideration. This is an estimate only as additional or unexpected repairs may be required, however we will seek your approval first before carrying out any work.

Yes. We specialise in water ingress inspections, resealing, cladding replacement and water leak repairs.

We recommend a full service every 12 months or 10,000km - whichever comes first. Regular servicing keeps your caravan safe and compliant with road regulations.
